One fateful night, dark brooklets reflect the field of stars
In a forest lit by the Moon
Suddenly I'm on a path unknown to me
Like a tunnel made of trees
Soon I realize, no living thing has left a trace
In this abnormal place
And when I look up, I can not believe
What I am about to see
One by one the stars fade out
Nearby streams are left in drought
Leaves they have now ceased to move
And shine did not dare the Moon
Pitch-black darkness circles me
Not a foot ahead I see
A strange feel frightens me to bone
I realize I'm not alone
Even nature fears what is sleeping here
Pure evil it is that dwells near
No life around it exists
In pitch black darkness it persists
I left the woods and never came back
Never spoke again of what I saw that night
I wish to forget, wish to be forgotten
That thing in the woods is not from this world

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross!

What an impressive piece of black metal. This one-man hurricane is pure art. Sgah‘gahsowáh creates an haunting atmosphere. He puts so much soul in his music.
